Toilet to Table… eat green using brown

My friend Kate is a master scientist/botanist/hortaculturilist who deals primarily with poo.  In actuality she is a soil scientist, but she is doing the coolest things with poo.  I have not heard about something this cool and poo-related  since that time that Andie had that projectile one that Friday voraciously ate up.  Perhaps my constant referencing of poo is detrimental to the serious tone I’m trying project – this is cool/heady/serious stuff.  It’s bio-solids, and it is a win win.  Please read more about what Kate is doing here and keep a heads up for more in-depth report of this soon from
